A complete talent reserve plan
The company has a complete talent reserve plan. On the one hand, a talent reserve database is established for key positions, which can be used for reference and contact when the company urgently needs personnel. On the other hand, through planned training and job rotation within the enterprise, the goal of promoting the growth of talents can be achieved. At present, the following indicators have been initially achieved:
